First of all let me say if you don’t have a Valentine absolutely no worries. LOVE yourself, LOVE your body, and LOVE what you do for it daily!
My little rugrat Phoebe has not been a good girl, but she is still my little Valentine. I can’t stay mad at her of course. First of all she is too adorable, and second well she is my baby! She’s a mean little one though…
Work was pretty tragic in the afternoon. I knew it was going downhill when my coffee literally exploded all over me…
Thank goodness I had food in my belly!
I didn’t leave until an hour and a half past my time. By then I was begging to go and it was pouring rain with hail too. Of course I didn’t have an umbrella. I already knew I wasn’t heading to the gym, but was hoping to get a workout in at my apartment gym. That didn’t happen, I was too beat, and too darn hungry! I ended up playing with some new portable equipment I bought off of amazon, but nothing major to count as a real workout. It’s been a week since a rest day anyway!
For a Valentine’s Day theme, I decided to have breakfast for dinner! It really hit the spot after a long day of work, and rainy weather. A cup of coffee to wash it down would have been great, but I don’t have decaf, and frankly I had quite enough coffee by then.

Thank GOODNESS today is my last shift of the week. Overall the week really zoomed by. I feel like I had just started the work week! Have to be grateful for that. I cannot wait to sleep in! 🙂
