Let me start off by saying these are not bragging pictures. People that know me will tell you I am the opposite of a person that brags. I just want to put a face behind the blog. I’ve read countless blogs on fitness, food, life, etc. And get annoyed when the person never puts their own pictures up. What are they hiding? Are they ashamed? Are they lying? Well this is to show you I am not perfect. I have flaws like everyone else. But I’m happy. And in the end, that’s what counts the most right? RIGHT!

So inspiring Katie! And I’m so proud of you for what you’ve already accomplished & what you want to share w/ the world. I do have 2 requests: 1) pls post before & afters! š and 2) can you post strength training routine advice (ie how many reps & sets, what weight to use, are free wts better than machines) & specific exercises that work butt, thighs & stomach really well? Thanks & you look GREAT!

Thanks Kristen! The before and afters will come! And soon I will have an exercise tab with all the strength training exercises I do including pictures. I’m more of a fan of free weights. You control the movement of your body more rather than being restricted to a machine! I hardly ever use a machine. If anything I’ll use cables.
