Cardio and Legs in 15 minutes

Hi everyone!

I’ve been a busy girl and when I’m not busy I’m trying to find time to sleep. Trying to squeeze in a somewhat normal life with work has been a challenge for me lately, but I’ll hopefully get better.

And getting in a workout at 8pm after a long day? Not my first choice, but it’s my only choice. My friend Hannah said to me “I don’t know how you do it, I’m exhausted after my shifts”. She’s a super smart ICU nurse. Well I’m not sure how I drag myself into the gym, but I do.

Since I just have a short window I find myself having to combine things. Kill two birds with one stone. I have been doing this little workout to get in my cardio AND legs. It’s only 15 minutes, so if you had more time you can definitely double this up!

This is for all those in the medical field that get in a workout after those 12+ hours are up!

Or anyone else who works super hard šŸ™‚

Screen shot away folks and try it out!

As I said you can double this up if you wanted. Either just repeat the cycle or do longer intervals of the lunges, walks, etc. I never workout on a completely flat treadmill. They say an incline of 1 is like walking outside, so crank up those treadmills. I also hold on when I’m doing the lunge and squat movements.

That’s it for today, try this out and let me know what you think!

Happy Friday!

XOXO With a Cherry On Top,

-Minnie

What a great workout ! I work 4 10s in the or so this is really helpful! I just did this and worked up a sweat quick ! I struggle trying to balance work and the rest of my life (ie working out , cleaning , cooking … ) if I work out on work days my workouts are quick and have to count.

Side squats!! I need to incorporate those and side lunges into my workouts. I get to the gym and always forget about them lol.
