    Love it! So excited to try that zucchini bread – looks delicious!!

    Question – When talking about macros, you indicated a wide range of carbs (1-2g per pound of body mass) is likely to be suitable for most people. Do you have any suggestions as to how we can “listen to our bodies” to figure out where we should fall in that range? Every calculator I use gives me something different and the activity levels that can be selected are very generic.

    I would love to here your thoughts!

      Thank you Laura! I’m back on prep so going to make the bread this week! It’s hard to tell with carbs. I do trial and error. On heavier lifting days like legs I typically work around the higher end of carbs. When I wake up the next morning I look in the mirror and see how my body responded. I noticed during peak week time I felt my BEST when I low carbed it, so I try not to have too many high carb days. This time my lifting is way heavier so I’m doing more carbs. I think it all depends on the workout!
