Easy Onion Dip
Looking for a healthy dip? Well you’ve come to the right place! Most dips are made with high fat sour cream, mayo, or things that are not nice to your waistline.
This EASY dip is made with greek yogurt! And why do I love greek yogurt so much? Well, it has 12 grams of protein per serving! Wonderful š
For this recipe you will need:
-1/3 cup of plain greek yogurt
-1 teaspoon of lime juice
-1 teaspoon of chopped fresh parsley
-2 teaspoons of onion powder
-1/2 teaspoon of garlic salt
-pepper to taste
Mix all your ingredients together in a bowl. This actually makes about 2 small servings. I like to save some for the next day.
Plate and serve!
So healthy and refreshing!
