Friday! Can I get a WOO HOO!?
I always have all these great plans in my head for the weekend, and then I end up doing errands, throwing in a bit of lazy, and we always make sure we go to dinner. So I can count on that being a repeat this weekend. Sometimes you just need a little laziness!
However, Saturday we are supposed to get this guy in a tux.
I’m not sure how it’s going to go down. Finding clothes that fit him is quite the challenge. Every time we go for new clothes, NOTHING fits in his arms, and its so tight across his back I’m afraid it’s going to rip any second. Then if he goes up in sizes, the waist is so baggy. Tuesday I had him try on Khakis for our photos and we both laughed so hard when he tried to get his pants up. I’ve never seen Tony in skinny pants until that moment, and they were not actually meant to be skinny. Bodybuilder problems, huh?
Anyway I’m HOPEFUL this place will be able to find something for him since all the Ravens get their tuxes there. We obviously are going to have to pay a little more, but it’s the most important day of our lives, so it needs to be right 🙂
I said April was going to be the month where I really got myself dedicated to the gym again. Well, here we are April 21st and I haven’t been going as much as I planned. May will be my month! Speaking of…
That never gets old!
Life seems to get in the way, and I no longer force myself to hit the gym after work. 14 hour days are too long to try to squeeze that in, it’s about quality of life sometimes. Plus, when I do go to the gym I want to enjoy it, not feel obligated and grumpy.
There’s nothing wrong with taking time for yourself. I have done that over the past few months and put the gym on the back burner. Unfortunately I lost a lot of muscle, but I’m determined to get some of it back. Determination goes a long way 🙂
So if you’re like me and in that gym slump, let’s do it together. I’m telling myself 4 days a week. Nothing crazy. It’s all mental right? Go time.
I hope you have a fabulous weekend. I’ll be back on Monday!
