I Cardio For Peanut Butter
Wonderful Wednesday! Hopefully…
I had a pretty rough day at work. It wasn’t crazy busy (although my pager went off all day long! ugh), but it was just one of those days where everything goes wrong, you get mad, and then more stuff goes wrong and then you just lose your mind. We’ve all had these days! I seriously couldn’t wait to leave.
During my lunch break I ate this…
and we had this up on one of the computers!
I later found out my sis, her hubby, and daughter all went! So jealous. I heard nothing but fabulous things, seems everyone had a blast.
My neck was killing me towards the end of the day. Not sure what I did, but I looked like a fool with this little heating pad on
But I STILL got dressed at the end of the work day for the gym!
I did a cardio power hour, 22 minutes on the stairs, 20 minutes on the arc trainer, and 18 minutes on the treadmill (high incline speed walk). Felt good to sweat it out and let my muscles rest from lifting. They needed it after that day of biceps and triceps!
I made sure to complete my workout because lately I’ve been working out so I can eat more peanut butter. This is a terrible way of thinking! I never even liked real peanut butter until I started eating clean. Now I cannot stop eating it. I really need to cut back on my intake a little bit. Each day the spoonfuls get bigger!
I did eat a real dinner though, it consisted of chicken breast and then a CUCUMBER ezekiel wrap (the letter C, if you are following the alphabet meals). I used my greek yogurt dressing from the cod I made the other night and layered that on half of an ezekiel wrap with cucumbers, baby romaine, and sprouts.
I spent the remainder of my night saying this over and over: “Phoebe, NO!”. That’s usually how it goes around here. I swear that little pup gets her paws on so many things she shouldn’t have, and I don’t know how she does it! Little fox
I probably won’t hit the gym today. My body feels a little worn down and I need a rest day!
