Lately I’ve received a few e-mails about diet and workout plans. Yes, I still offer my meal plans. Nothing has changed and pricing is still the same. You can check out all the details here, I’m Paypal friendly.
As far as workout plans go. I offer a standard slim down. 25 dollars for 25 days. You would probably need access to a gym for this one to get the full workout. If you are looking for something more tailored TO YOU, I can do that as well, but rates will change. Making a workout plan for someone requires a lot of work and I truly care about you and your body. If you are interested in a plan, please feel free to Email Me and we can discuss further. The minimum time I ask to work with you is 4 weeks. Please note, I typically answer e-mails within 24 hours lately, but as of next week I will need about 3 days to answer you. Thanks loves 🙂
I did however have a massage yesterday and it was wonderful. My body is a train wreck unfortunately. I won the award for the tightest neck she’s ever massaged. When I told her I put 100 lbs on my upper back for squats she almost passed out in disbelief. “Your little body does what!?”. I really loved this masseuse because every time I’ve had a massage (which is super rare) it’s a bit awkward for me. I’m not a “calm” person, so the quiet room and weird music freaks me out. She talked to me and we laughed the entire session. I’m going back to see her in two weeks. 🙂 Maybe she can fix me!
I know these things can be pricey, but if you’re an athlete like me, your body truly deserves it. I just will cut other places, like cooling it on the random mall and target trips.
Why does Target have to be so close to my gym?
