So where have I been? I know I’ve been missing in action. If you look back at my first post of 25 things you don’t know about me and look at number 12 you can figure out why.
I’ve been couch bound for the past two days and I’ve done a lot of nothing. But on Friday I did get a few things done before I was down and out.
I was able to go to the mall and finish most of my Christmas shopping which I consider a huge accomplishment. I got everything done early and was able to stop and juice too. Don’t you love that malls offer healthy options now? I do!
I also got in one good workout which was a total body workout and I’m sorry I cannot remember what I did since it was a couple of days ago.
So those other days? Phoebe and I pretty much sat on the couch and were huge couch potatoes.
We watched two full seasons of friends and blew through to the finale. I cry every single time! It’s those twins! And spoiler alert… Ross and Rachel get together. He’s her lobster! 😉
We also juiced. I call this my Hulk smoothie because it’s big and green.
What’s in here?
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1 cup frozen peaches
- 1/2 cup frozen kale
- 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
- 3/4 cup unsweetened coconut milk
- 1/4 cup pasteurized egg whites
- 1 Tablespoon of flax seeds
- 1/2 cup of water
- 1 cup of ice
- stevia to taste

We also watched movies, and Phoebe was a big goof ball. Pure entertainment that one!
She also got a new bone and a new toy on Sunday!

Our Sunday night ended with Popcorn and Home Alone. Boy did this one get messy!
So as you see lazy rest days, but my body definitely needed it. Hoping to get back to my old self this week since it’s Christmas! One full day of work to get through then a half day tomorrow. Yipee!
