The cucumber herb cream cheese and the mango soba noodle dish. But now that I saw the Mexican pinwheel, I am completely sold on that one. Mexican food is my favorite!!!

Can you tell me a good way to cook sweet potatoes? I bought a huge bag of them because I want to start using them instead of regular potatoes, but I have no good recipes! =[

I usually eat them plain cooked in oven with some cinnamon sprinkled. Or wedges in the oven! I also have a recipe listed for chips! 🙂

I made the cinnamon sugar yogurt bread tonight and it turned out great! I would have never known how to put together something so healthy and tasty!
